If there are agency documents that are only available to you as a hard copy, please scan and submit online as a PDF attachment.
Any technical difficulties your agency has with the online submission process must be communicated to UWGUC with ample time for UWGUC to assist your agency. Late submissions will not be accepted. Proposals that are submitted after the due date and time will not be considered. Any documents sent via postage mail will not be accepted.
