FIND HELP
2-1-1 is the official information and referral hotline that links all New Jersey residents to community health and human services and support. It creates one easy access point to the health, human services, community resources and government assistance that people need every day as well as in times of crisis. Our staff works closely with government officials, voluntary organizations throughout the state, and 2-1-1 centers in other areas. In times of disaster, NJ 2-1-1 plays a critical role in bringing information to the people most affected by the event and in turn relays the needs of callers back to government officials and first responders who are in a position to help.
To donate furniture, clothing or other household items, dial 2-1-1 to speak with a 2-1-1 specialist or visit www.nj211.org to search the 211 database for organizations that can use your gently-used goods.
