Cranford Community Council Invites you to a unique dining experience hosted by Carol Murphy Clyne and Vince Clyne, owners of PAIRINGS Restaurant in Cranford
Cranford, NJ, September 21, 2014 - The art of good living includes great food and that’s exactly what “A Taste of Pairings Palate + Plate” is all about. The Cranford Community Council could not have come up with a better way to experience the rich cultures of the world and benefit a cause, than to enjoy the delicious globetrotting menu arranged by Chef Carol Murphy Clyne and Wine Sommelier Vince Clyne. The Clynes will prepare a special dinner experience to benefit Cranford Family Care and United Way of Greater Union County.
Indeed, food has a way of bringing all people together and this occasion is a great opportunity to share in a meal, while giving back to the community. With the release of their new cookbook, The Modern Buffet Presentation,” these community-minded restaurateurs are appealing to our senses from a visual presentation of food to its delectable taste, all for a good cause.
Once seated, the food journey begins. Expect everything from tasty Louisiana biscuits to the buffet including burgundy-braised short ribs with horseradish and gremolata (an herb condiment). And for those who favor vegetables, there’s Ravioli ai quattro formaggi with ratatouille, a bountiful bouquet of flavors influenced by the foods from Italy and France.
Tickets are $100 for the three course meal with all the pairings and exquisite desserts. PAIRINGS has received acclaim from food critics and customers alike. It’s a BYOB establishment restricted to beer and wine and patrons who enjoy the art of fine dining. This is an event you don’t want to miss.
