Organization: Special Advocates of Union County, currently recruiting volunteers to be child advocates for children in foster care in Union County.  Volunteers are asked to be committed for at least 18 months

 

Organization The Connection for Women and Families, currently need volunteers to provide tutoring to new comers to the US.  Flexible, no experience is necessary. Flexible hours, Monday - Thursday.

Need: ESL Instructors, Drivers, Cooks Needed

 

Organization: Caring Contact, a listening community, is seeking volunteers to complete our 12 week comprehensive Excellence in Listening training program to become a hotline listener. The training includes certifications in Mental Health First Aid and Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST). Our next training will be held:
March 20, 2017 - June 12, 2017
7 pm - 10 pm
One evening weekly
Plus one full weekend
