A Story About Kevin At Urban League

Kevin did his internship with Elizabeth Library. His position was Library Aid (assisting students and Adults). Duties were computer searches and helping with resume’s. Kevin also helped with information and referrals. His time was ending May 20. 2016, the director said we can not let him go, he is an asset to the library, everyone loves him: he is polite and very helpful.

One of the challenges were they couldn’t find any money to hire him. They explained this to Kevin and I. They also wanted to know if we were having the summer youth program, and maybe he could come back to the Library. I let her know we would not know until sometime around July. Kevin finished his internship on May 20, 2016. I spoke with Director of the library. She expressed her concern about losing Kevin and she is searching for funds to call him back.
