Julienne Cherry is a dedicated nonprofit leader, community advocate, and operations professional whose work has focused on strengthening families and improving the quality of life for residents throughout Union County and surrounding communities. Through her leadership and service with United Way of Greater Union County, Julienne has become known for her unwavering commitment to helping individuals and families facing hardship access the resources, support, and opportunities they need to thrive.

With a strong background in operations, community engagement, and nonprofit administration, Julienne has helped oversee initiatives that directly impact thousands of residents each year. Her work includes coordinating hunger relief efforts, organizing donation drives, supporting financial stability programs, managing community outreach campaigns, and helping lead emergency response and basic needs initiatives throughout the region. She has also played an instrumental role in fostering partnerships with local businesses, government agencies, schools, healthcare providers, and community organizations to expand access to critical services for underserved populations.

Julienne is especially passionate about addressing the everyday challenges families face, including food insecurity, housing instability, transportation barriers, and access to essential household items. She believes that meaningful change begins with compassion, collaboration, and a willingness to meet people where they are. Her leadership style reflects both empathy and action, as she consistently works behind the scenes to ensure programs operate efficiently while maintaining a people-first approach to service.

Throughout her career, Julienne has demonstrated a deep dedication to operational excellence and community impact. She has helped coordinate large-scale events, awareness campaigns, fundraising initiatives, volunteer efforts, and community resource programs designed to uplift vulnerable populations and bring people together around a shared mission of service. Her ability to build relationships and mobilize support has helped strengthen the reach and effectiveness of numerous community-based initiatives.
