United Way of Greater Union County and FamilyWize Partnership Offer Easy-to-Use Free Prescription Cards
United Way of Greater Union County and the FamilyWize Community Service Partnership is part of a larger collaborative to help make the greater Union County community a healthier place. The FamilyWize program makes prescriptions more affordable for those without insurance or for those who have insurance but not all prescriptions are covered by their current insurance program.
FamilyWize cards can be used at most pharmacies including all franchise pharmacies and grocery stores with pharmacies, nationwide.

FamilyWize Community Service Partnership (FamilyWize) is dedicated to helping improve the health and well-being of individuals, families and communities. FamilyWize has partnerships with United Way Worldwide, the American Heart Association, the National Council on Aging, and more than 100,000 community organizations, government agencies, pharmacies, health systems and businesses. Through these partnerships, FamilyWize is helping to make prescription medication more affordable and accessible for all.
